Back of knees dark marks
On each knee I have to dark brown patches to dark patches have apered on back of knees not coursing any pain

Hello..
It would have been better if you would have shared the photos..it's quite possible that the patches are related to sitting for a quite long time and that too with lot of sweating...need to examine you...meet a Dermatologist..thank you

How do you expect us to know what it is without seeing.
We cannot just imagine.
You could have attached a picture.
