Can my dark circles be cured
I developed dark circles at the age 13-14, I've had heavy periods due to hormonal imbalances which always led to anaemia. I think (I'm not sure) that this anaemia along with stress caused dark circles. I'm 22 now, still anaemic most probably...I've had heavy periods so many times that even if I try to increase my hb, it decreases again. At times, I try to stay hydrated, eat fruits, apply coconut oil and sleep timely, and the intensity of my dark circles reduces but when I don't, it comes back. I've also noticed that when I'm stressed, it increases. I had zero dark circles as a kid, so can I ever get rid of these dark circles? People look at me like I'm some depressed panda. They don't show but I feel it. Also, my face looks pale at times, like when I'm tired I'm pale, when I'm stressed, I'm pale ..when I dance or do some activity it isn't. It turns light when I'm embarrassed or feel awkward, idk what to do?
