Back of head, shoulder and back pain

Asked for Female, 55 Years

Hello Doctor, My mother aged about 55 yrs is having pain in back of her head left side and shoulder and back pain also on the same side. Can you please advise which doctor to consult. It's there form 2 days, BP today is 250/90 Thanks for your advice
