Hello, It is a unpredictable case for which no comments are good things. However for spondilites there has big shots of treatment in homoeopathy. The proper time taking treatment will give the relief n cure also. But in maximum no of patients have no patience to give the required time to doctor.

Backaches with hip pain are very effectively treated with homeopathy even if it is initial stage of ankylosing spondylitis. Homeopathic remedies are symptom specific and are capable of reversing the pathological changes in initial stages. But it's already 2years, would suggest you start your treatment today so you are free from pain within 2-3months. MRI scan Report with HLA b27 test report is needed to begin the treatment. Consult via Practo Chat option.

It is not chronic pain so according to my opinion this can be treated with proper medication, exercise or physiotherapy. There are certain tests to diagnose ankylosing spondylitis. Go for them.
