Back hip pain.
Sir. Actually during my football practice suddenly I got back pain on my hip ( left side ). I feel like nerve problem. I am having problem in moving my body even in sitting. It's very painful. Please help me to cure. My lower left part is having pain, it's like nerve problem. Doc please help me. Thank you

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
