Back head pain
There is slight to moderate pain in the back of my head which comes with a time duration. Also happens when i bend my head forward while working or seeing my phone. Please give us the medications and suggest me how to keep this at bay

First, don't use thick pillow,take thin pillow. DONOT lie on 'Load pillow', specially while watching TV.
