Back and tailbone pain

Recently i have developed lower backache and tailbone pain. I also have pain in my upper thighs. My 8 month old baby feeds on my lap most of the time in cross legged position. Could it be due to this? Should i take painkillers or physiotherapy or will it go away with stretching? Kindly suggest.

You should avoid taking pain killers. Hot fomentatio and local creams will be helpful. You should also be taking nutritious diet with vitamin, calcium and iron supplements.
But it will be better if you can consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment. You may have to undergo medical exam and certain tests before a conclusive diagnosis can be made.
