Back and neck problem
I have grade 1,anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 Vertebra.bilateral spondylisis of L5 vertebra. I also have c4 c6 IV disc height reduced. Can I Do light jogging 1 to 1.5 km two to three times a week. What all precautions I need to take. How can I improve my condition of back and neck pain.

If listhesis is causing neurological involvement then you would require surgery in the form of decompression with pedicle screw fixation and fusion
