body acne or back acne happens because of increased oil production of skin . Avoid oily food , sugar and dairy intake . use benzoyl peroxide creamy wash as body wash for that area. Bathe twice daily . Wash scalp atleast alternative days . Avoid hair oil application. if it’s severe oral medication may be required
