I am having back ache for a long time. I am 26 years old and a ht of 6". The back has lost strength and even after resting it, it doesn't recover. I can see that my posture is not good and the back is not straight.

Most back pains are due to bad posture and Muscle spasm. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest and hot fomentation. You need to consult a Neurospine specialist to sort it out.
