I am having a back ache. The back is bent as well. Mostly it is due to the height. I want to strengthen my back and recover it from pain. What should I do???

I would recommend you to go for posture correction by back stretching and strengthening exercises. It would be great if u undergo proper core strengthening.. Regular exercises would definitely help
