Back ache n upperbody ache
She was having shoulder ache diziness since yesterday.
Since today morning she is having upper body ache then 1.5 fever along with runny nose and dry throat.
She has taken Dolo, p650 morning and evening... Still fever persists and body ache persists.

Take Dolo 650 sos with T. Montek LC 1,hs ,steam inhalation and hot saline gargles thrice a day even after these if develope difficulty in breathing & SPO2 less than 90 percent do covid test with cbc,widal,mp and complete urine examination
