Is child crying more than 3 hrs for no apparent reason..then it is colic. some rocking or cuddling can help .. it resolves by itself .. stay calm .. it resolves spontaneously by 3 months.. feeding technique should be reassessed ..baby should be fed with head elevated and frequent burping should be done.. curved feeding bottle can be used. Wrong feeding techniques and inappropriate burping may increase intensity of colic . Vomiting may be because of over feeding.. on demand feeds should also be tried.
Next Steps
For congestion saline nasal drops will help can be given every 4 th hrly 2 drops
Health Tips
As long as baby is gaining weight and emptying bladder 5-6 times no need to worry

Dear parents , How to feed baby? Hold the baby in one arm keeping his head at elbow joint and the buttocks in the palm of same arm and feed the baby for 15to20minutes I. Hold the outer palm of baby in between the thumb and index finger and press the palm when ever baby sleep or stop feeding. After feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe. Baby burp 3to5times. After burping lay down the baby onright side of the baby putting a pillow below head maintaining that head is above level of stomach. While giving with bottle, bottle should be at 90 degree, till last drop no air should go by nipple of bottle. Burping is mainstay of feeding.
