My baby is 16 days old and has not gained weight , the weight is same as when born i.e. 3.9 kgs . Is it a matter of concern?
Also, I am breast feeding as well as giving lactogen if baby is hungry. For a 16 days old kid, how much lactogen be given?

Her weight is fine. Try to breastfeed as often as you can during demands. Please breastfeed atleast once or twice in night as it is necessary for proper milk production.
If you are giving formula than proper concentration is important. Use 30 ml water per scoop of powder.
I hope this helps.

Its alright. Babies loose weight in the first 2 weeks and then slowly gain it back.
Exclusive breast feeding is best. The more you feed, the more your body will also produce.
If your child's pediatrician has advised formula feeds, then okay.
