Baby weight gain
My baby is 75 days old today. Her birth weight was 3.07 kgs. Now she is 4.5 kgs. She is only on breastfeeding. She had trouble in breastfeeding initially. But it got solved now. However I want to improve her weight. Is there any nutritional syrups that can help her with weight gain??

Her weight is growing. No need to worry. It is between 3rd to 50th centile as per IAP growth chart. It was in the same range at birth. No syrup can guarantee weight gain. If baby is active, don't worry about the weight. Keep tracking it.

Just keep track of weight from now onwards. If weight gain is 700-800gm per month.. no supplements required
