Baby weight gain
Hi. My son is 40 days old. His birth weight is 2.56 kgs. He is under formula feed since the birth, because i have low milk supply. We are giving him aptamil 60 ml (sometimes 90ml based on demand) Now his weight is 2.9kgs only. Is it normal? What should be done for weight gain?

Initially baby gains @20-30g/day, and there is no weight gain for 1st 10days. So weight gain is adequate in your case. Breast milk is best for your baby as it helps in brain development. It’s not too late to shift your baby on breast milk
