Baby vomiting
My baby is 39 days old. Have gastric problem, she used to spit milk and curdled milk after 4pm everyday. But today she vomited curdled milk at around 7:30pm after feeding(at 6:15). Is she alright? Should I consult doctor?

It’s is fine , don’t worry . Burping helps to get rid of some of the air that babies tend to swallow during feeding. Not being burped often and swallowing too much air can make a baby spit up, gassy . After feed give burping is advicable for atleast 15-20 min.

Spit ups are a part and parcel of new born baby for initial few months.
As long as she s active, passing urine and gaining weight(which you can check every 15 days to 1 month) you don't need to worry.
Be carefull when she vomits just turn her head to one side so that she doesn't aspirate her own vomit.
