Baby temperature in fever

My baby is around 4 month old, she got fever for around 101 f, for past 2 days we giving her paracetamol. From today morning her body temperature drops around 96.8 any concerns?

Give paracetamol if only fever above 99.5f Watch untill 3 days from the day of fever starts ...otherwise u have to work up for the child
