My 6 months old baby boy has swallowed a nylon like thread ( ribbon thread) accidentally is any problem will arise in him while eating or swallowing and vomit will come

Check mouth properly.if not in mouth than has pass to stomach and will come out with in 3to4days.
With stick check stool every time for satisfaction till you find the missing thread
