Baby stool colour change problem
My son is 50 days old... He is passing motion two days once... The colour of stool is green and yellow... Past 2 tim his stool colour is grey and yellow... He is not taking any iron syrup ..giving him vit D3 and zincovit on daily ... pls do the needful...

Is your baby on formula feeds?
Breast fed babies pass stools once in 6-7 days, nothing to worry
Next Steps
If baby is active and feeding well, gaining weight adequately, then don’t worry about the colour of the stool.
