It is quite common to have decreased food intake when sick. If he is active and passing urine 6 times at day, continue the treatment. Visit your pediatrician once a day for check up. If not better in 2 days, take a second opinion from another Pediatrician

Give nasoclear nasal drops 1015 minutes prior feeding. Wait for 2-3 days. If not relieved follow up with nearby pediatrician.

When cold gets better, feed intake would be better. Use saline nasal drops, once in every 3 hours if required. Stop bottle feeding, if at all going on.
