Give hallens infant suppository (in anus). Instructions are there on the box how to give it. We can wait upto 4 days. If baby is straining to pass, better to give it. It is not absorbed into the body. Give only mothers milk till 6 months of age.

Is she on breastfeeding or topmilk? It’s normal for newborn to not pass stool for four days .. if she feels colic pain you can give drops for that.. continue feeding
