My baby is 2 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby. But she passes stool only once a week but urine output is very fine. Is this any problem
My in law suggesting to give hot water to baby.
Is it advisable.

The frequency of stool can vary from 6-7 times a day To once in 6-7 days in an exclusive breastfeeding baby
All range is normal
If baby is happy not cranky and putting on weight then no need to worry

No pls don't give anything other than your milk to the baby. Babies can pass motions 4-5 times in a day or once in 5-6 days, both are normal . Just see that the baby is active , playful and passing urine well. If the baby is cranky, better you consult your nearby pediatrician .
No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.
