Most of the times diarrhoea will subside in 3 -4 days without any treatment.give him liquid based diet frequently and don’t forcefully feed the child as it may lead to vomiting

Next Steps

Monitor temperature ,if it’s more than 100F give syp paracetomol 125mg /5ml (5 ml three times daily) And also give zinc suspension 5ml once daily for 14 days
