  4. Baby not smiling. Is it sign of austim?

Baby not smiling
My baby is 4 months old... She is 1 and half month premie.. she doent make make much eye contact.. n doesnt smile when eye contact But smiles alone..and when in sleep... she doess hmmmm .. hmmm.. but when we talk she doesnt talk back... She doent look whrn we talk to her... Is it sign of austim?? Or is it normal... Should i sjownit to peditrict ir oyher doctor
