Baby not measuring right

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Gonna try to make this brief. Husband & I tried to conceive July 4, 6, 8th. Last period start date, June 24. + pee test July 24. (Failed home one that morning, passed dr one.) 3 weeks later, no baby, sac measuring between 5,4 & 6,2. 2 weeks later, u/s shows sac measuring 7 weeks, baby measuring 6w. Can't hear heartbeat but can see it! Opinions?
