Baby not drinking milk after vaccination

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My baby had her 45 days vaccines today and from then she either cries a lot or sleeps... She hadn't drank any milk since 12 in the afternoon... Pls help.. How can i relieve her pain any ointment???
