Hi my baby is 3 months old and he has not passed motion from 10 days. He is completely on Breastfeed. Is it normal as there are no symptoms of pain or stomach tightness.

Babies fed only on mother's milk may have delay in passing motion even up to 2-3weeks. Try giving 2-3 spoons of warm water or juice of raisins or carrot.
