Hello, Is it ok to take care of a 6 months baby by myself with proper precautions when I'm tested Covid positive with less symptom and no fever?

Yes. As per recommendations, mother is not to separated from the baby in such cases. You can hold and breastfeed the baby after taking due precautions like mask and using hand sanitizer

Yes it's absolutely fine, Few things to remember 1. Perform hand hygiene everytime while handling the baby 2. Wear a mask while feeding or when in close contact with the baby 3. Watch for general danger signs like fever, irritability, lethargy in the baby
