Baby movements in womb
I am at week 35 of pregnancy and still confused on how to track baby movements. As per my doctor if baby is having atleast 4 movements within 1hr of a big meal we shouldn't be worrying much. Does this suffice? Or is there any other effective way to count baby movements?

As advised by your doctor count for 1 hour after meals is the most comfortable way to keep track of baby movements. However you can take a count over 12 hours which should be atleast 10. But that is slightly impractical.
