Kindly give exclusive breast feeding for 6 months of age. Do regular weight charting in every 10-15 days, if weight is increasing do not need to worry. It normal GE reflux.

This is normal and may remain till 6 months of age. Between food pipe and stomach there is a stomach valve. This valve is very weak in first 6 months of majority of children. As a result after feeds the milk goes up and causes gurgling sound from the chest, milk coming out from nose or mouth, curd like milk coming out after each feeds and once in a day whole milk comes out from the mouth. This is all normal if child is passing urine 6+ times in 24 hours and gaining weight by 300 to 400gm per week. -Avoid over feeds. -No bottle feeding -Burp for 30 min after feeds -Keep the child upright for 30 min -Make the child sleep on a pillow so that head and neck is at an angle from the body
