Billirubin is below the range for phototherapy...so dont worry at present...give exclusive BF and prevent weight loss now onwards... Mother's blood group also requires, whether is it O positive or any negative blood group???

Acceptable range but may increase So look for proper feeding of baby, See if passing normal stools, color, consistency,frequency.

The current bilirubin is with in acceptable range for child with these vital stats. However the child should be kept under regular for 1) increased intensity of jaundice 2) prolonged jaundice.

What was his birth weight? What is the blood group of the mother?

Baby has jaundice but in the safe range.Nothing to worry. Next few day,jaundice can increase, so feed the baby 2 hrly and see to it baby gains weight adequately
