My baby is 10 months old and we r staying in Hyderabad...10 days back we came to my in laws house and heat is very high here. and from that day he is not eating anything and daily he is having 1 or 2 episodes of vomiting after breast feed..and less urine output..motion once in 2 days that too hard stools...daily I'm giving him fruit juices and breast milk..
Baby is active and Playing well
Born weight 3.2
Present weight 8.8
Doctor suggested ondansetron oral solution
And multivitamin drops

Environment change and climate change could be the reason

Hi. It can be due to gastritis due to differences in food intake. Use lanzoprazole dispersible 15 mg half tablet daily once by mixing in water for 4 days before food. You can give ondansetron whenever need to control vomits. You can introduce smashed fruits smashed vegetables dal rice slowy in the diet at this stage
