Baby is not gaining weight what to do she is drinking properly and sleeping too for few weeks she was awake the whole night but know she is sleeping also

What is the current weight, height and head size. What were the readings at birth? If she is active, no need to worry usually. Babies grow in spurts. Their growth decreases at this age. Please visit a pediatrician for check up
