Baby getting fussy in the evening

My baby is 7 week old and im exclusively on breastfeed.. I find one time challenge in the evening as he gets fussy and continuously demands for breast.. even after he sleeps of after feed, he suddenly wakes up as soon as I unlatch and starts searching for nipple.. I offer him both the breast but still not satisfied.. what could be affecting here ? I doubt if my supply is low sometime.. please advise

This is a normal response of the baby. It's called Infantile colic and last from 1.5 months to 3 months of age. Generally it doesnt require any treatment . But if the pain or excessive cry lasts for many hours , few antispasmodic agents can be used . Connect with a pediatrician regarding same.
