Baby food for 6 months
My baby has just turned 6 months. I have started giving him rice based cereal. Can I also add some fruits to it? Like mashed banana or Chikoo? What else can I offer him to gain weight? He is on a lower side of weight. Please advise. Thanks

Yes u can add fruits..u can make fruits smoothies with dryfruits added to it.u can give mashed banana..sabudana kheer rice pudding. cereal (rice/wheat) based food mixed with pulses/nuts, vegetables, and cooked in oil/ghee makes it a balanced food; for example, Upma, Pulao, Biryani, and Poha. A food also becomes balanced by the addition of cereals, nuts/raisins, etc. in the milk; for example, Dalia, Kheer
