Baby fever and skin dullness

Asked for Female, 31 Years

10 days ago my 3.5 month old baby girl had fever with caught & cold. She was on antibiotic ( calpol, azithal & cetzin ) . After recovery of fever ( after 3-4 days) I have observed that her face color become dull.. (she was also treated with enterogermina for mild stomach upset…) She is perfectly fine now. My question is: face skin dullness is it effect of medicine or its just no relation with it… kindly clarify..

Face skin colour is dull mostly due to the infection. It will improve with time. Unlikely due to the medicines.
