Baby fell from bed
My baby is 6 months old
Today she fell from bed of about 3 foot height
Is there something i need check with doc she seems fine according to me ..?
Is there any risk of brain damage..?

If she has no vomiting, no unusual behaviour, accepting feeds well for 24-48 hours after fall, then there's no any evidence of brain injury
