Baby fell down
My 2 year old son has fell down very hard on the ground, he got hurt at the back side of the head. After that he had lunch , he slept for an hour then he had corn those were not boiled... After sometime he was feeling uneasy, he was not playing, he was crying and he committed all the corns... And now also he is not playing, feeling uneasy... And sleeping on me... I don't know is it because of the corn he ate or the head injury... Bump is not that big, and there is no blood... I am scared I can't go to hospital now.. Please tell me wot is happening to hkm.. He showing to back head that it is paining... Please please reply me

Give him calpol or crocin drops for the pain.And if he vomits again, or shows irritability or any abnormal movements , then you need to take him to the doctor at the earliest

If he is vomiting again/not active/change in activity/ convulsions you need to visit the doctor immediately If these danger signs are not there then observe for 24-48hrs carefully

Give paracetamol for pain Watch for vomiting, any excess irritability, if not occur don’t bother everything will settle down in few hours
