Although appropriate weight gain, passing urine 6 to 7 times a day and demanding feed usually after 2 hr of breast feeding are guidelines to be sure that adequate breast feeding is there ,however wait for 2 or 3 days ,some times it is transitory to hv erratic feeding pattern  by the new born,if it still persists than take professional help .
Next Steps
I f possible take weight alternate days if it's increasing about 15 to 20 grams  per days .No worries
Health Tips
I f weight gain is less then take professional help.

If the baby is passing urine more than 5-6 times per day and after feed the baby is sleeping for an hr or so then the breast feeding is adequate

If u give in correct position and latching . Secretion and flow of feed will be good. Then it will be sufficient. U feed on demand . Don’t wake up and feed . If the problem persists consult a gynaecologist and check ur milk flow. No need of powder milk.
