1 yr 1 month old boy has watery eyes lot of times. Is his tear duct blocked? Want to consult either a pediatrician or an ophthalmologist.

First consultation with your pediatrician. Do nasal massage on area between eyes and nose many times a day as nasolacrimal duct block is common at this age.
