Baby ear piercing
Hello everyone,
My daughter is 9 months old and we are planning to do ear piercing in a traditional way at temple.
Can anyone please suggest any oinment/cream to apply before ear piercing to reduce pain at that moment?
Also, how to take care of pain after ear piercing?

You can apply lignocaine gel at the site of ear piercing. Kindly put some antibiotics cream like T bact and for pain you can give ibuprofen syp

Make sure the area is cleaned with an alcohol swab atleast before piercing
Hope sterile needles are used for the same
You can use paracetamol for pain
If there is redness or severe pain or pus contact your Pediatrician
