Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc, and give milk from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk available its preferable if not toned milk adding sugar as per our taste. For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70 calories energy. 100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy. 100gm food gives 350 calories of energy. Also start following supplement to increase Immunity up to age of 2years, D up drops 1ml once a day. Zincovit drops 1ml once a day. FERIS drops 1ml once a day. Syrup Ostebon one teaspoon twice a day.

You can give everything at this age which u make at home for family. Just avoid extreme spicy, extreme sweet, and oily food items. Give all types of food items which baby like, make it tasty and colourful which attract baby. Give all types of fruit and fruit juices  including seasonal fruits also. Provide more green vegetables in diet Can add dry fruit powder in food items It will help Keep ur baby well hydrated Restrict milk to 500 ml per day Continue with breast feed till 1.5 yrs of age.
