Generally supplementary feeding is started at 6 months of age. It is a good idea to introduce one item at a time so that allergy if any can be noticed . I presume that you are already giving orange juice since two months of age , if not start that . After that start with suji kheer followed by dal , Khichadi , meshed potatoes, meshed banana . Introduce in such a manner that by 9 months of age child can take all items in semisolid form from your plate . Giving a diet chart is unnecessary chikdren also have mood & demand variations .as a general rule what I told you is fine

Complementary foods is to be introduced by 6 months of age , beginning with pureed /mashed foods. Infants /baby should be offered 2-3 meals per day plus frequent breastfeeds. If required an additional 1-2 snacks may be given. The amount of food offered should be around 2-3 Tablespoons or half of a 250 ml cup.
