Baby coughs while sleeping

Hi, My baby is sneezing sometimes and he coughs while sleep... His nose is not runny...he is having dry cough... What would be the reason... He is also not showing any interest in eating food...only drinks milk... He is also have CMPA..? How to ease cough at night ?
