  4. Baby constipation. To reduce to baby?

Hello doctor after started solid food to my baby she is not going poop normally i given carrot puree ,rice cerelac and banana puree she didnt poop properly from 2days onwards am attaching image of poop ( sorry to sharing this pic) and if any serious condition please inform will comsult doctor immediately if its constipation suggest me how to reduce to baby
