Dear Doctor, My wife LMP- 06-10-2016 after that we has sex 11-10-2016 first time, and she did test on 10-01-2017, so in the ultra sound report showing she has 13.3 weeks of pregnancy. So from LMP 06-10-2016 to 10-01-2017, its 13 week 5 days. Total & from our first sex date 11-10-2016 to 10-01-2017 ultra sound date then it’s coming 13 week 0 days. So now question is the according to ultra sound report how she can get pregnant 13 weeks 3 days when we didn’t sex.? Am confused that the baby will belong to whom? Me or any Ex Guy’s Please answer me as soon as possible. Thanks

hello, The weeks of gestation is estimated from the last menstrual period (for easier reference), which is before you had intercourse. Your sex date is not considered as it occured after her last period so the child is yours. Stop worrying.

Have faith in your spouse always. All machines are calibrated in such a way that it is calculated from the date of LMP only....Not from the date of your sex! So be assured. Moreover there could be technical difference in taking measurements too. We cannot be so stringent  .. Three days is hardly a difference and don't take it into account. Live life happily and never ever be suspicious.
