Baby chewing food
My baby is 1 year 1 month old now. When I try serving solid food, he chews some time in the starting and some times he would swallow. So he would choke and vomit some food or all the food he ate. So i am always grinding the food like rice, idly, dosa to make him eat. How to reduce this problem and make him to eat food normally. Kindly help.

Hello. Please provide your baby energy dense food which is soft to chew. Soften your food by adding cream/yoghurt/ghee. Add sugar/jaggery so that even if your child consumes less amount her collie requirement are fulfilled. Thank you.

Just give soft food items( can use a littlebit more water to soften food items) serve small small portions while feeding, feed slowly. By time he will get accustomed to it.
