BABY 38W - 3.3KG, Warried about delivery
My baby weight was 3.3kg in 38W, I've reached 40W and still no sign of labour. I'm worried about the size of baby and normal delivery. My baby is right aligned so can't go with induced labour as per Dr suggestions. Pls suggest best possibility.

I couldn't understand what type of advice you were expecting ? Your baby is 3.3 kg. That is a good thing. You are 40 weeks.  That is also a good thing . Why are you waiting for normal delivery? A Caesarean is very much indicated in your case.  I always maintain that if the baby head hasn't gone down by 40 weeks then there is something which is preventing the descent of the head (which we can't guess). In such cases even if your Doctor tries induction of labour followed by some heroic manoeuvres , the baby may suffer. You are not planning to have half a dozen babies that after one Caesarean you will have this problem or that problem. You are going to have only one or two babies. Go for a safe Caesarean.
