Your report is normal though on lower side of the range You can include vitamin B12 rich food in your daily diet like fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. Vitamin B12 is generally not present in plant foods, but fortified breakfast cereals can do , incase you have a vegetarian diet.
